The Bulk Head
Cars, MotorsportThe Bulk Head is an unusual portrait of Felipe Massa in his Ferrari F1 days! Recognisable by his distinctive Brazilian flag coloured helmet sitting low in the car. 2008 so a fairly clear view of the drive with no halo present. Image: 55 x 44 cm on canvas board. Frame: 61 x 51 cm£490.00
This is the first corner of the Sepang International Circuit the loop is wonderful for taking panning shots of the cars. The hurtle down the start straight and then sharp right. The bluey greens in the gravel and kerbs setting off the red Ferrari as it streaks by.
Mesmerising. Car after car comes around the bend. Looking at them through the lens. Noise, pan, click. Interesting to note a different line for those that are getting the best times.
This painting is ready to hang. The edge is green (but can be painted white if you prefer). SOLD to a buyer in the UK via https://artfinder.com/artist/kathrynsassall
