Information is passed to Google about:

• the type of device you use to view my website;
• where you are located;
• which pages you visited and any actions you take.

This enables me to understand what may be most popular with my customers and visitors. I honour your privacy by not passing it to anyone else.  I keep that information for 18 months. Also see Cookies.

Payments

All payments are processed by PayPal either direct with a Buy Now button, via separately requested invoice or through this website’s shopping cart. PayPal will retain your information as you agree with them under their Privacy Policy. This could be either as a visitor or through your personal or business account

PayPal will receive the information you provide directly to their website to make a purchase.
This must include:

• your email address;
• your telephone number;
• billing name and address;
• delivery name and address (verified by PayPal);
• your card or bank detailsI will receive this information from them in their standard invoice and email formats.
  I do not retain the email information electronically other than on the PayPal system.
  I will retain a copy of each invoice in my iCloud account for six years or as otherwise required by HMRC (UK Tax Law).

Delivery

I may use Royal Mail, ParcelForce or other delivery services and/or  a parcel comparison website to insure the delivery (where possible for loss and damage), create labels and to use parcel tracking. They will retain your name, address and contact details in accordance with their data policy for recipients to enable them to deliver the prints and paintings to you. I do not store customer details with them for future purchases.

If you buy my work from an online gallery:-

The online gallery e.g. ArtFinder and Art Gallery will provide me with your name, address and telephone number to enable me to make delivery. I do not retain the information once the 14-day cooling off period is complete without return of the item. The online gallery who have collected the data will have their own policy and you should check their terms and conditions.

If you buy my work from a bricks and mortar gallery or associated exhibition I will not receive any data from them about you unless you ask them to send me details or you contact me.

Your name, email and any preferences if offered by me will be held by well-known company Mailchimp until such time as you unsubscribe.
